The Valley RC Flyers, Fargo, ND are hosting their annual static air show at the Fargo Air Museum. Saturday 10-5 pm, Sunday Noon-4 pm. Judging will be on Saturday. $15 entrance fee for first plane, this includes the $5 entrance fee into the Fargo Air Museum for both days. $5 for each additional plane placed for judging. Prizes, including an ARF kit to be given away in a drawing for registered pilots. We will also have a $5 per square board for an ARF kit. More info here. If you are not showing a plane you need to pay the regular admission price to enter the Fargo Air Museum, they have a family and a membership rate.

The Itasca R/C Club will be holding their annual show in the Grand Rapids Mall again this year. Lot's of models on display and a swap shop too. A flight simulator will be running for the newcomers to try their hand at. Come on over and renew acquaintances after a long winter. The Mall is located 2 blocks west of highway #169 on highway #2. We will be having the Aeromodelers Swap meet & Mall show again this year at Washington Square Mall. Doors open at 8:00 am. Registration until 11:00. Show hours will be 10:00- 4:00 PM. All r/c aircraft, boats, cars and control-line models welcome. We will have an expanded area for the swap, so dust off all your unwanted modeling items to sell. Table space is free. Grand Rapids, MN June 23
The Itasca R/C Club will be having the first of two annual Fun Flys on this date with the rain date on Sunday the 24th. In contrast to our usual fare, this time we're having a bunch of goofy contests that anyone will be able to enter with any type aircraft and stand a chance of winning. There will be prizes. Food and drink will be available on site. Toilet facilities but no water or electrical hook-ups. Flying starts at 8:00 am. The Buffalo City R/C Squadron will be hosting the Central North Dakota State Fun Fly on July 21st & 22nd. Landing fee for Sat. & Sun is $20.00 and this also includes Saturday nights supper and Sunday Morning breakfast. Landing Fee for just Saturday is $15.00 and includes supper, Sunday Fee is 10.00 and includes breakfast. Prizes and lots of open flying. GPS - 46* 57.16N, 98*45.69W. Headwaters R/C Flying Club. A $10 dollar flying fee lets you fly both days! Raffles, prizes, People's Choice Award, food sold on site during event. Evening camp fire, free campfire meals and primitive camping, Friday and Saturday night. Safety meeting each day prior to start of event (around 10 AM).
